A3: Indeed you may, make a reservation with us for one of our many different services listed, and this will include a free 30 day – no obligation – trial to our membership. We think you’re going to like us.

A5: 24/7 help and assistance with all your travel plans, needs and special requests.

A6: Currently we are restricted to a maximum of 500 members only.

A7: No, we cover all the terminals at Heathrow and Gatwick, and have plans for Farnborough. Watch this space…

A8: We at ebtss provide all types of bespoke personal and special services that sadly the airlines don’t offer anymore, name it, and put us to the test.

A9: No, we wear formal business attire clothing when we are attending to our members.

A10: Yes, ebtss staff have full airside/landside I.D, for meeting, greeting and assisting our members.

A11: Indeed we do, it’s what our members require. We aim to please.

A12: Yes we are. All prices and quotations are quoted + VAT (20%)

A13: Yes, certainly we are, all recently certified and proof supplied upon request.

A14: Yes, we have an unaccompanied service for our member’s younger family members. (Form of Indemnity / Legal Certification Required – prior to acceptance)

A15: Yes, we love a challenge, and once we’ve retrieved it, we’ll give you a call!

A16: Can’t think of any, but naturally all our services have to comply with the UK Border Force Agency & HM Revenue Customs and Excise & UK Law Enforcement.

A17: This is our finest private airport service that only our members will be aware of.. More details given when you become one of our members!

A18: We at ebtss are happy to assist with our member’s bookings and manage them for you, any seating or upgrade requests are made to the respective airline.

A19: No problem, we can occupy your property for you with our ebtss staff present rotated around the clock or by the hour, day or week.

A20: Yes, we have a number of staff that are flexible and can literally fly at the drop of a hat for our members, subject to the airline seat availability, passport, visa and ESTA compliance. All items will need to clear and must go through security and RED Channel Customs Declaration upon arrival in required destination.
